SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)
We ship nationwide using Australia Post. 

* Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days.
* Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days. 
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery destination.

* International Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping via Australia Post International. Delivery times vary by destination:

  • New Zealand: 4 to 8 business days.
  • USA & Canada: 6 to 12 business days.
  • UK & Europe: 8 to 15 business days.
  • Rest of the World: 10 to 20 business days.

    Duties and Taxes Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pheromones is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
